Hello, I’m Nicole, an FMCA-certified Functional Medicine and Apollo ReCODE 2.0 Health Coach with over 11 years of experience in the health & wellness space.

My journey into brain health began while caring for my dad during his dementia diagnosis—a deeply challenging time that sparked my determination to protect my brain health and my family’s future.

Learning that dementia is the leading cause of death in the UK—disproportionately affecting women—I felt driven to make a change. Like many women, I’ve balanced the demands of raising a family later in life, navigating midlife health challenges, and caring for ageing parents. These experiences inspired me to create a 12-week programme designed to help 40+ women optimise their brain health, reduce their risk of dementia, and regain a sense of confidence and vitality.

My work blends functional medicine principles with mind-body techniques, focusing on diet, lifestyle, and natural remedies to address the root causes of health challenges. I’ve applied these principles to my own life, and have experienced transformative results, from improved focus and energy, to better sleep and overall vitality.

I’m passionate about empowering women—especially daughters of dementia—to replace fear and uncertainty with proactive, personalised strategies that safeguard their wellbeing and future.
